How long does the shipping take?

We use Australian Post. Shipping usually takes around 5-7 working days to arrive.

Can I pick up my order ?

We prefer posting, but you can contact us on info@vitacreativedesign.com.au with your order number to arrange possible order pick up.

Can I request different writing on the existing product?

Can I send you a picture of what I want and get a quote?
